EXHIBITOR KIT
From 7 may 2010 the Organization Office will be open at PAVILLON 1 from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00.p.m.
On their arrival, exhibitors must refer to the Organization Office in order to carry out the following obligations:
- Check-in
- Check of the payment
- Deliver of the regulation signed up for acceptance and of any compulsory certificate (if it has not been done before)
- Exhibitor kit
During the set-up, the exhibition and the dismantling days, the exhibitors have to show their identifying badge to enter into the exhibition area.
